Next Steps

Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you are a therapy veteran, you may have questions about what starting this process will look like.

01. Schedule a Call

Once you feel ready, we will schedule an introductory 10-15 minute phone call so that I can hear more about what all is bringing you in, answer any questions you may have, and help you see if this feels like a good fit for you.

02. Verify insurance coverage

We will verify your insurance coverage before scheduling so that you can know how much to expect in terms of costs for sessions. Most plans will reimburse our sessions at 50-80%.

03. Schedule sessions

If this feels like a good fit, we will then work together to find a time for therapy that fits for our schedules. Regularity in therapy is so important, especially in the beginning, so finding a time that you commit to regularly attend sessions is important to ensure a successful experience in therapy.


I accept all credit/debit cards and FSA/HSA cards. Like most boutique private practices in the city, I am not in-network with any insurance panels. However, our sessions are eligible for reimbursement through out of network benefits on all insurance plans. I am happy to call on your behalf to verify what those benefits are before we get started so that you can know what to expect in terms of reimbursement. Most plans with out of network coverage will reimburse 50-80% of sessions. We have partnered with a concierge service, Reimbursify, which will handle the filing of all claims for you, complimentary of this practice.
